Netflix, Prime Video & Google Movies not working - Donnieclark - 11-18-2017 Has anyone had any problems with these apps working? I have a random problem where something happens and I can't get these apps to work. Netflix - just stays on the loading screen when the logo.I've seen the attached message once appear from the Netflix app. Prime video - app just has the loading circle Google Movies - app loads ok and you can navigate around but can't play a movie. Click play and a blank screen shows. The only thing which fixes this is a phone restart. I have a unlocked UK S8 on the stock firmware. I have spoken to Samsung support on Twitter but basically they recommended a soft reset which doesn't seem to fix it long term. Please help.... I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
