CSS Soft Lock Issues and long csp loading - Donnieclark - 11-27-2017 Hello, I know this is like the upteenthbillionth thread on soft lock issues on the css and issues regarding csps not loading fast but please before you skip over this, hear me out. I have been having this issue for about 2 weeks now no matter what I do and whatever method i try it always soft locks. I tried changing things about the menu itself (such as icons), i tried limiting the number of slots certain characters have (example Mario had 30 and now he has 21), I even tried re-doing and inserting the ui_character_db file and chr_13 folder to see if i could fix it but it still soft locks my game with the music still playing. Sometimes it even soft locks after a match which adds to the annoyance. All I'm asking is for someone to please help me and give me a solution and not rag on me for posting in the wrong section or not looking around for other threads similar to mine like in my last thread about this same subject.  If someone has a solution that works then please share with me...
