Hi,
 
I've been having problems with my OfficeJet Pro 8610. I cant seem to access the EWS. When I type in the IP for the printer it gives me an error page in the style of the HP EWS. 
 
I have reset everything to factory settings, tried a direct connection and reset my router to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated!
