Hi,
When booting the computer up (running Vista Version 6.00) I first get an error message box that reads "pctsTray.exe unable to load." After clicking 'ok' I get a second error message that reads "this application has failed to start because ptl100.bpl was not found. I get a third error message that reads "Windows Module Install stopped working and will close."
Everytime I shut down the computer, it indictaes there are window updates. When I start the computer it appears that it is installing or attempting to install the same updates everytime. When I click on the Control Panel tab, the Control Panel window opens, but the window is blank. Im currently running a Cyber Defender and Registry Mechanic program, and have not incurred any viruses or problems these programs are detecting. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
